What is the point of running realestate ads that are a year or more old? Surely (don't call me Surely) those ads are obsolete by now.
For that matter most info and answers to questions that are more than 2 years old probably do not apply today. Esp. anything to do with the GOB as they constantly change rules and regulations.

It might help, if you mention just what adds you are talking about. Perhaps a link?
I looked in the "Housing" section on this site, and they are in newest to oldest order.
Newest was last week, oldest 3 months.
On the other hand, in Belize (at least in the Placencia area) it is not unusual for property to be on the market for several years before it sells....
