Yes I did in 2015 in Plovdiv and it went very well and very happy with my decision to buy in Bulgaria 🇧🇬 especially since the property prices have risen very sharply in Plovdiv. But like everything in life you must be very careful but I rented for six months to make sure I was making the right decision and getting to know the place and finding the right people I could trust buying a property anywhere in the world you need to make sure and be carefully. A fool and his money can part very easily but I have got no regrets 👍
