Hi Guys,
Need your urgent help regarding Spouse visa formalities in Kuwait.
I got a job opportunity in Kuwait and I am going to join them on 05th May however I am really concern about how to obtain Visa for Spouse.
We have been married since 2012 and the problem is we have done anti-religion marriage in which I am Muslim & my wife is Hindu. We have not yet registered our marriage in court. We Only have Nikahnama with us but since marriage have been done through Muslim Shariya therefore on my Nikahnama my wife name is different from the original name.
The best part of this complicated story is, in both of our Passport's Spouse name is mentioned and its the real name of each other.
Now my question is, Will this be considered as proof of marriage in Kuwait?
Can I use this document to obtain my wife dependent visa??

Spouse Visa Formalities in Kuwait
The only thing that will be proof of marriage is a legalized document. If the government and embassy is willing to stamp it then you have proof.
