Hello . Im working in dammam . Our Company/Restaurant do not have a License/Baladiyah card . And sadly most of my Crewmates do not have IQAMA .
My Question is .
1. After 3 months , If my employer fail to issue me a Iqama . Can i transfer to another Company/Sponsorship without my Employer consent?
2. What will be the Steps?
