Hello sir i am working in a dairy company for two year.Now company want to cancel me and after singining my termination letter one month i work here for my settlement and salary now company dont give me the settlement what can i do sir before they told me will give you settlement

Hi Shibuvineeth,

In situations such as yours, there is one thing an aggrieved employee like yourself can do ; GO AND REPORT YOUR EMPLOYER'S UNFAIR ACTIONS TO THE INDIAN EMBASSY. Becuase for whatever reason, your employer is refusing to make your final settlement.

By yourself, you just cannot fight with your employer. Take official help. The sooner, the better.
