I come in oman 15th march 2019 until now I do not finished my medical for labour card I want to go back India can I go back return to India with out any penalty please tell me.

Hi Raju2m,
It is just 4 days since you have arrived. And, your employer has 26 more days left for him to get your legally registered.
That you wish to return is another issue. Yes, you can leave immediately if your passport is with you. If you have decided to leave, the sooner you leave the better it will be for you.
