Hi All;
Can somebody tell me when PCC requirement for kuwait work & resident Visa was changed from local / state PCC to FBI PCC only or is FBI PCC always been the only requirement?

Yes, imagine that. Evil people here are refusing to reply and it is their *duty!*....or maybe no one knew an answer? In any case I would be very careful when giving advice to questions such as these unless I had a personal recent experience. This needs to be checked with the appropriate authorities.
