wife sponsorship change from current sponsor to my Iqama

Post new topic

Dear Friends,

I am planning to transfer my wife sponsorship under my Iqama, but her iqama is not valid since 6 six months. is it possible to transfer without the validity. I am aware company to company is possible. But not sure whether this possible without a valid iqama(wife) change of sponsorship under husband Iqama. Please share your experience. your valid information would be appreciable.

As far as I know, your Iqama needs to be valid at the time of transfer - whether moving from work to family or family to work.  Not having a valid Iqama and still being in the Kingdom is a case of illegal stay which can lead to fines and / or deportation depending on the mood of Jawazat.  You need to speak to your wife's employers to ask them to maybe renew the Iqama or support you in doing the transfer - you might have to pay some fines in that case.

Thanks brother,
Actually labor office guys visit their hospital and extend their help. so the current sponsor told them to transfer to any 3rd party including under husband's Iqama. but my GRO visit Khobar jawasat they said wife iqama should be valid to transfer.

Anyway thanks again for your support.
