My fiancée, who immigrated from Romania to Canada and I are looking for assistance as to how to obtain his marriage certificate from Romania in order for our solicitor to apply for his divorce... Would anyone here be able to advise as to where we would need to go to obtain this certificate? The marriage took place in Timisoara. Thank-you advance for your assistance.
