Am looking for something between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, Wondering what a 2 bedroom within 10 minute walk from the beach in a safe neighborhood would run. I know prices have been going up and I am on a limited budget. Also, anyone know if prices listed on Numbeo are somewhat accurate?

PS, I'm not moving for a few years. Just looking to see if this is a viable option given my budget. I wont start collecting my pension and SSI for another 13 years, so I need to keep it under about $1200 a month total until then.
Any reliable websites that list lower cost rentals in Yucatan?
