Good day Sir, I hope to relocate to Romania and I have Nigeria national driving licence translated international driving licence can I drive with it in Romania and later exchange it to Romanian driver's licence
without going for test? Please, I will like to know before my relocation. THANKS and God bless.

No, you have to join the classes and take the test after successfully obtaining (passing test ) driving license then you will be able to drive.
