Hi good morning ,

I am working here in Bahrain since 7 month .I got a new job offer .It possible that I can change job or not .Is there any issue to change right now or I need to wait till 1 year .
Also I need to pay VISA fees for 2 year ?
Also if I resign and join new company ,its important to change the job or I can join directly .

Please advice !

Your questions have been answered many times on this forum. In the future, use the search button before posting the same questions.

1) You can resign but your employer has to agree to give you a transfer. If they don't agree, they can cancel the visa allowing new employer to apply for a visa for you. Or wait 1 year and then get a transfer without consent
2) As per labor law, you don't have to pay anything for your cost of recruitment including visa fees. If employer doesn't agree, you will have to file a complaint at MOL
3) You cannot work for a new employer without them providing a visa for you
