Welcome to Bahrain.

I suggest you try and apply at various private clinics and hospitals to fit in your field while you get your license. It can be any administrative work, assistance oriented role for starters. Private clinics are plentiful in Bahrain and some of the more savvy ones have reasonable salary scales too in my opinion.

Teaching is doable my all means but unless you want to stick to a horrendously low salary, you will need education specific credentials to get into some useful places.
I will pm you a list of clinics and hospitals you can approach through net search or dropping in your cvs. The list is quite long.
