Good question. There are a lot of expats that split time in Belize and also many in Corozal District, not necessarily in town. There are about 3-4 developments in/near Consejo. You can see a map of lots with homes on the Consejo.bz site which might give you an idea. I'd guess there are at least a couple hundred expats in Corozal District plus however many reside in Consejo.
