Work visa not valid

Good afternoon,,my employer applied for my work visa and after checking in LMRA website it's showing it was paid & applied but my question is what's the reason why it's showing its not valid..Now it's 10days since it was applied.Is it support to show in progress as my employer is telling me or it's not Valid..Am soo confused.

If it shows as "in progress"; then it is in progress. If it shows as "Not valid" then it means that the application has been rejected. Your employer might have applied again through another application.

How long can a visa take in immigration once it's approved by the LMRA...I have been calling the operator and after checking my visa he told me the LMRA has approved the visa but they waiting from immigration..How long can it take to be ready??
