regarding noc

Sir/Madam,
i got new job in oman which is better than my current job. my sponsor telling me i don give release because he will lost one visa . but he agree to give noc . i am not finish my 2 year contact i finished 1 year 8 month . my question is if he give noc , shall i move and how could know that noc is acceptable or not what he giving ? should i collect noc before he cancel me ?

hi,

collect your NOC before you leave the country, that means the company to which your joining should give you necessary documents to be signed by your present owner or else make sure an omani person or pro should be introduced to do the needful on your behalf in your absence .All the best
