Hi,
One of my friend who were working in Bahrain resigned and completed his notice period 30 days due to low salary before completing one year in service. He was a plan to return to India.
His visa has been cancelled. He is in his 30 days grace period after visa cancellation.
Now he got a good offer from another company. Whether he is able to join the company without going back to India?? What he need to do??
Please advice...

There is nothing he can do. It is his company who needs to apply for a visa for him. They should advise all the procedures. But, yes, it is possible.
