No it would not help you to relocate in Sweden. Rather you cannot buy the property directly without being a resident.

Its not really about passport. Its about your skillset and what kind of job you are willing to work.
Swedish companies are quite choosy as they get lots of skilled people applying, if you stand out you'll get a good offer.
