i want to give my girlfriend from colombia her Canadian citizenship

im a canadian and in october im going to colombia too see my girlfriend for 2-3 weeks and we will get a civil marriage in colombia and she will come with me on my way back to canada

i have read all the things about sponsoring to give her Canadian citizenship and i find it complicated and even worst i live in quebec
can you explain me step by step,paper by paper how to do it?(almost like if i was a child)
and yes im eligible to sponsor..
