Hi... My husband have 12 years experience in software.Now he get an offer from Malaysia company on 9700 RM.
I want to know is it worth to come from India to Malaysia on this package?
and 9700 RM is good to stay there?

It depends whether it is about 25-30% increase on his current salary (comparisons can be found at Numbeo and Expatistan).
If you have a child that is school-going age, then expect minimum RM1500-2000 per month expenses for that alone as there are quite a few extra costs over the tuition fee.
Accommodation will depend on living location, but starting at RM1800 upwards
Food and household items will depend if your are meat eaters. Allow RM1500.
Utilities - RM300
Handphone - from RM160 upwards for 2
Transport - allow RM500
