I would like to ask if where i can get the municipality confirmation letter, as i need this thing to renew my cpr.

You would need to take your rental contract (original), cpr copy and landlord cpr copy to the municipality offices. These are different for different areas e.g. Riffa where I live has one, Juffair has another and so on....depends on your area. They will give you a letter which will be valid for one month and you will have to pay 5 BD. Once you do it, the downside is the 10% of monthly rental which will start getting charged in your monthly electricity bill.
