advice on how to invite a slovakian person to algeria

hello guys
iam adel from algeria . my problem is i wanna send invitation for a slovakian girl to visit my country . she wanna come and meet . she just needs to complete her folder of visa by this invitation letter . the problem is we dont have embassy of slovakia in algeria and they dont have ours too so i wonder how to do it and how i will send it .i never tried this before .i hope somone can help me.
