hey all
my name is yaku and i am from india.
my girlfriend is from Romania bucharest.
i want a help from all of you that if i will be there then how can i marry with my girlfriend legally?
what type of documents needed in this and if i hire an advocate for all this problem then from where can i go to find?
How much time will it take to get a legal marriage certificate?
and in how much time will it take to get permanent residence proof?
because i want to live there and want to open my own business.
please help me anyone of you to tell all the information clearly.

All of the information you asked is already posted on this forum, please search and read thru the topics posted, especially the "Getting Married in Romania" topic. In most cases, hiring an attorney is not necessary unless you like spending money needlessly.

Be aware that you will not receive permanent residence, only temporary residence until you have lived 5 years continuously in Romania.
