Where can i find available certified vegetable seeds distributors in Riyadh.. Thanks

They are located on Salam Street, at the southern end of King Fahad Road. Also some nurseries might have but the verity isn't that big,
I purchased Bird of Paradise and Cacti seeds last week and they had so many types of seeds for veggies. Don't expect the shops to be fancy or anything since this is the go to spot for the farmers of the central part of Saudi Arabia. They're are over 30 shops. the price for one envelop is 5 SAR.
