I already processed the finger print signature and picture , and tomorrow my medical clinic handling alrazi the medical report to be updated on the LMRA system , but im wondering what will be the next step ? who will stamp my visa and get me the CPR??

Usually your employer takes care of it for you, LMRA will issue the VISA and then CIO will issue your CPR
