I'm new to the board and hardly an expat here in Phnom Penh. I'm a local Khmer (born and raised), but spent some times in Philadelphia and have returned to Cambodia since 2004.
I have found expat-blog.com to be most genuine expat related site in Cambodia.
Will help answer as many queries on this board to the best of my knowledge. Cheers
