Are all pensions normally remitted to one's domicile, or can I have my pension paid outside of Malta? Are expat pensions taxable in Malta, and if so, at what rate?

UK pensioners can have their state pensions paid into a bank in whichever country they choose, including of course the UK.
Don't know whether the Swiss system works the same though.
