Can anyone tell me whether age would be problem to search job in Germany on job seeker visa.
I am 38 years old software developer. Is age number can be a concern for me to search Job.
Your help would be appreciated.

Officially, age discrimination is not allowed.
But of course it does happen.
But as long as you are below 40 (some would say below 50), you don't need to worry!
