Helo, you must find a job before to come in Sweden. It's forbidden to get a job with a visa tourist. You can go to prospect but if you find a job, you must come back in India to ask your work visa at the Swedish Embassy.

But, maybe knowledge in Swedish is rquired. Also, the employers must prove they don't find a Swedish, resident or European to make the job...
