Post new topic

hoegaandit

Hi all,

Which would make more sense? My wife is waiting for her British passport so if I want to work over in Ireland will a settlement visa work there or do I come over on my South African pasport and apply for a work visa?
What happens if I am not happy in Ireland can I leave and go to London?

Hi there,

Welcome to Expat.com pal ;)

Hopefully members with more knowledge will respond to you soon.

However, regarding your question about moving to London if you feel unhappy in Ireland, well, I would think that the visa requirements would be different and you might have to request another visa from the UK Immigration Office?

Kind regards
Haf
