Pre travel vaccinations

Sorry if this has been covered. I did not see it listed here. Did anyone get the various recommend vaccinations before visiting any of the countries from the US? What about the malaria prevention pills? What about after a move to live there? Are annual vaccinations suggested?

Guess no one can answer if they got the travel vaccinations recommended by the health department before visiting or moving from the US.
