Hello.
You could start here https://www.ntnu.edu/now it's a free online introduction to Norwegian from the NTNU in Trondheim. Don't be put off by the fact that the supposed "new arrivals" apparently speak perfect Norwegian, I guess they had to do it that way because 85% of Norwegian is about pronunciation.
Secondly, contact the red cross, as they should have an ongoing Norskkurs.
