Ok all you Viennese, I am going to be in Vienna for four days next week and would like suggestions on things to do/see that aren't in the guide books. What are some of your favorite local spots?

I don't read guide books about Vienna, but when I have friends here I take them to Schnitzelwirt for Schnitzel (obviously) http://www.schnitzelwirt.co.at/ , walk with them in the inner city, go to the Hundertwasserhaus and make many stops at coffee houses

But of course there are great museums, the zoo is lovely, Schönbrunn (the castle) and Belvedere are very beautiful.. If you go out, dare to leave the "Bermuda Triange" around Schwedenplatz and go to Gürtel. Get off at Thaliastr. and then there are a lots of bars and clubs in a row, under the subwaytrails (subway is up in the air
