The best thing you can do is absolutely to turn up personally at restaurants, hotels, pubs and offer your assistance.

Within that branch it isn't much used to advertise for staff.

Else I'll advise you to do a google search: hotel, restaurant, servering, rengøring and see what pops up. It's my impression that hotels are constantly in need of staff.
