Can anyone advise on recycling cardboard, which day do the bin men collect cardboard, if they do? Or where we have to go for recycling?

Hi, depends on where you are. Best to check the website of your local council or go there and ask. Here in Mellieha recyclable waste is picked up Tue and Thu, they take anything as long as you put it in a transparent bag, I've seen neighbours put normal waste in there, too... There are also kind of bottle banks with containers for glass, plastic, cardboard and metal, we sometimes take stuff there by car..
