Cost of dental care Belgium

Hi there! I'm new to Belgium and I am wondering what the process and typical cost of dental care is here? Id prefer an English speaking dentist (though I can try French) and unfortunately my insurance doesn't cover dental work. Any recommendations on dentists?

Do you carry BELGIAN medical insurance? If you do...ALL medical mutualiteiten in België cover tandarts. Be careful using foreign insurance here. EVERYTHING you need to have done will be out of pocket until your insurance reimburses you. Seeing you say French of Engels; you must be further south. Around West Vlaanderen finding a tandarts to speak Engels is not a problem.
