i wanted to know about studying in ireland , i am egyptian citizen , i want to study in ireland , what should i do ? and how to start ? which paper should i have ? and is it possible if i go there to study and stay with someone there " best friend " ?

Contact them as to the requirements for overseas students including visa requirements, costs etc.
