Hi,

When settling in Bulgaria, one of the priorities is to be able to make phone calls.

How to proceed to get a landline installed in Bulgaria?

What are the mobile operators?

What is your average monthly budget?

I use Skype 90 per cent of the time and for the remainder, pay as you go mobile. I find these systems work well for me with very little outlay.
