Drop-off at train platform, is it possible?

Hello,

My wife had a surgery a few days ago in Beijing, however we live in Shenyang. Tomorrow we will be traveling back by train (about 4hrs from Beijing), leaving from Beijing Zhan, then main train station.

She can walk fine, but I would like to make her travel as comfortable as possible. I have noticed many times cars picking-up people right inside the train station, in the platform itself, and I was wondering if such service can be hired?

Also, I was wondering if there's another way to get inside the train station. We take the train very often, but taxi drivers always drop us off at the other side of the street, in front of an overpassage. I wonder if they have some kind of special entrance for disabled of elder people?
