Hello I am currently fr Nepal and I am planning to aplly to Latvia but have problem about the signature issue where the Nepal government don't send mail to Latvian ministry and sends to Moscow but Moscow don't send any mail to other country. Is there any means of communication that Moscow could communicate to Latvian affair. I have tried by any means to communicate but has no response.
Please help me if I could do to make communicate

Latvia is not in any way connected to Russia. You must send yourself a letter to the Latvian emigration Services in Riga and join the world Ex Pat Blog. Moscow is like China to India now wonder they will not respond. Latvia is an EU Nation connected to European Parliament. I hope this helps you.
