am from jordan and my girl friend is from Latvia and we are married since a year ,,,,can i obtain the Latvian citizenship from marriage?

I suggest you get your Latvian wife to contact the nearest immigration office or embassy for the information. Citizenship is not given out freely and most countries have a time period for issuing of citizenship.
