Family visa, a simple right of every expatriate who's earning quite enough to support his/her family has became a mission impossible for some. The major reason for getting a  permanent family visa refused is when an expatriate changes his/her profession (an obligation the govt itself strive for to be acted upon by the expatriates)in persuit of another job, though they earn enough to support a family or atleast a spouse but theres a big fat "NO" if you changed a job n got your profession rectified. what a lame excuse to refuse a visa...
Not only that, the visa officers are no less than angry street dogs who just bark in an angry tone if anyone approaches them for a query or question.
But the dilemma is YOU can easily get a Permanent family visa  even if your profession is the one that doesn't allows YOU the right to acquire a permanent family visa by paying SR.12000-SR.15000/- as BRIBE.
This is a common practice at all the VISA offices in Saudi Arabia.

Corruption exists in almost every country ,in one form or the another .Its a common practice here in the kingdom ,i understand your frustration and anger about it.But the truth is its not your country and you cant do anything about it[except complaining].But thanks again for sharing this information.

Dear its an equal frustration for anyone who may encounter any bad experience overseas, if you think you cannot do anything in a foreign land to correct or improve something for yourself in the society your living, then that's your low self esteem.
I am not complaining but spreading awareness on a black reality. Expatriates have a large contribution to any economy and Expatriates in Saudi Arabia have a colossal impact on the fast flourishing economy since decades, so they reserve the right to enjoy their legal Rights.
