Kindly suggest me some Pool and its subscription or Lake for Swimming in Milan area.

Outdoor pools in Milan are filthy. Go to Stresa; a little jewel on Lago Maggiore, about 1h10min by train. Plenty of spots where you can swim and enjoy the spectacular view.
