Hello all,

I am based in KSA, and would like to explore the Dubai real estate market.

To begin with can foreigners purchase property in Dubai on mortgage?

Much appreciate any help.

Foreigners can purchase property. Will be based on 99-year lease (theoretically renewable)

What I understand is this aint 99year mortgage. You pay off the property in about 5 years.

And you get to keep the property for 99years.
