It gets really frustrating seeing all these people asking their questions about wages in XXX or visas in YYY in the general forum instead of taking the few extra seconds to navigate to the forum for that nation. Do you see what I see? I see all kinds of pretty little flags down at the bottom of this page!

That's a good point.  Everybody puts "attention to detail" on their resumes but a lot of them don't show any of that here.
