Plug adapter - moving out of South Africa to Turkey

Hello, I am moving out of South africa to Turkey, and looking for an adapter from typical South African plugs into simple 2 pins (like the one we use for cell phone rechargers or many other small appliances in SA).

I've been to builders warehouse but couldn't find one and the travel multi adapters (I have three) I have, cannot take south african 3 pin plugs. The usual plug converter we can find almost every shop in SA sells 2 pins to 3 pins only.

I have quite a lot of small applicances which has South African 3 pin plugs and I thought I might buy 3~4 plug adapter + SA multi-plugs with extension card would work, but couldnt find any adapter anywhere!

Any help on this matter?
