Hi,

I am a civil engineer and have recently joined a company in bahrain  for past 4 months and I am on a probation for 6 months as per company's rules. Now i have got an offer from another company which is obviously better management and payment wise than my current company.

Is it ok leaving my current employer bearing in mind that the employer is not ready to provide any NOC and i dont know the rules and regulations to act upon in this situation. I dont want to leave bahrain as my parents are here and I have to look after them.

Kindly advice.

Regards

Hi

I would discuss with your current employer and let them know the situation. I believe you are free to leave with a months notice as the probation period is usually two way. You will have to start the whole visa/cpr/NOC again with your new employer.
