Hi

My husband and I will be coming over to Dubai this December for a month, and would like to rent an apartment for the time we are there.

Is this possible if we are on a holiday visa? And if so, which areas can we look at renting in?

Yes possible. There are many serviced and furnished apartments (hotel or others) available, you have your equipped kitchen too.
