Hi all,
I am about to sign up to rent an apartment in JLT however I trying to find out what the standard early termination terms are in Dubai?
I have been told 2 months notice and 1 months penalty, others tell me 1 months notice and 2 months penalty and tonight I was told 2 months notice and 2 months penalty.
With a contract that will be registered with RERA as a Ejari, what are the standard early termination in this government registered contract?
Some insight into what your experiences are would be much appreciated!
