Buying a boat in Belize

I am planning a move to Belize next year and will rent for about a year to decide if I will stay. Once I decide to stay I will be in the market for a boat! I'd like something big enough to go out far enough to catch some decent size fish and sleep on it from time to time.

Any info on this?
